What are you planning?

Why people choose it

The whole estate is yours

Exclusive use for the day, and only one wedding a weekend, so nobody rushes you out.

Your people stay close

Seven ensuite rooms on site, so the night doesn't end with a taxi queue.

The view does the rest

Vines in every direction, the valley below and the sea on the horizon.

Weddings

Married among the vines, with the whole place to yourselves

The whole estate is yours for the day. Say your vows on the hill, celebrate inside as the sun goes down, then stay the night with the people you love most.

Your ceremony

Vows on the hill, with the valley below

Most couples marry outdoors on the rise above the vines, looking across the valley towards the sea.

Your reception

Seated dinner or a cocktail party, inside and out

Set the room for long tables or a standing reception that spills outside. There's a quiet room just off the reception space for the two of you to catch your breath. Music finishes at 11pm.

Stay the night

No taxi queue at midnight

With the whole estate to yourselves, your wedding party and closest family can stay on site, then sit down to breakfast together the next morning.

How planning works

  1. 1

    Tell us your date

Send a quick enquiry with your date, guest numbers and what you have in mind.

  2. 2

    Walk the grounds

Visit the ceremony site, the reception room and the rooms with our events team.

  3. 3

    Plan it together

Your coordinator works with you and your suppliers through to the day. Set up the day before.

Birthdays and celebrations

Big birthdays, long lunches and nights worth staying for

The whole estate for the people who matter, whether it's a 21st that runs late or an 80th around one long table.

18ths and 21sts

A night they'll talk about, run properly

An evening party with room to dance, food that keeps coming, and a safe, well-run night.

50ths, 70ths and 80ths

A long lunch for the whole family

Gather everyone around one table in daylight, with good food, comfortable seating and time to talk. Whether you're the guest of honour or organising it for a parent, we'll help you plan the day around them.

Other occasions. Engagements, anniversaries, family reunions and Christmas functions.

Corporate events and retreats

Take the team out of the office and into the vines

Meet, eat and stay in one place, about an hour from Adelaide's CBD. Strategy days, team dinners and overnight retreats with the whole estate to yourselves.

Day meeting

A room for the work, the terrace for the breaks and lunch from the kitchen.

Overnight retreat

Work in the day, dinner together at night, and rooms on site so nobody drives home.

Christmas and end-of-year

A long lunch or an evening party to thank the team, with the view as the backdrop.

Stay

Wake up in the vines

Stay among the vineyards: escape the city, or stay for the wedding. The whole estate for your people: seven suites and a three-bedroom chalet on the edge of the gorge, so you can stay, celebrate and wake up together.

The rooms

Seven rooms, each with its own ensuite.

The residence

A chalet for the family or the wedding party

Three queen bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a full kitchen and a barbecue outside, looking through the gorge to the gulf.

Staying for an event

Breakfast together the morning after

Rooms go to the wedding party and event guests first. A cooked breakfast is part of the stay. In winter, there's an open fire to sit by.

Food and drink

Food people remember long after the party

Seasonal, local and generous, whether it's canapés on the terrace, shared plates down a long table or a sit-down dinner.

Pick the style that suits your day

Cocktail

Roaming canapés and substantial bites, so guests can mingle inside and out.

Long table

Shared dishes passed down the table, the way a long lunch should be.

Sit-down dinner

Plated courses for a more formal evening.
